This project involves the construction of a luxury residential villa designed to deliver a refined modern living experience. The villa consists of a ground floor, first floor, and roof level, complemented by a swimming pool, waste room, electrical room, car parking shades, and a fully enclosed external boundary wall. The project was executed on a turnkey basis, covering all construction stages from foundations to final handover.
